These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Poopa De Scoop's Services.
By subscribing to our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Poopa De Scoop if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Terms of Service:
By subscribing to Poopa De Scoop, you have agreed to our pet-waste removal services of residential and/or commercial properties or municipal locations.You are agreeing to the following terms of service that govern the sales and services provided by us. By accepting the services you hire us for, you are bound to these terms.
The customer has the understanding that our ability to provide the services can be dependent on conditions such as: grass height, weather, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences. If your pet happens to be out during a service call, your pet should be human friendly. If our tech gets bitten or harmed, you are solely responsible for all damages that occur. Also if you have a locked gate for the day of service and access is not granted, you will still be charged. We will always close the gate before and after we leave.
Debris, Tall Grass and Leaves:
We understand maintaining a yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Ww will always do our best to clean your yard the best we can. The customer should have an understanding that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in a yard full of leaves, or in tall grass, or other debris. If your grass is high when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard is maintained. Add On Fees:
There may be additional charges for the following:
Come Back Request: $5/visit
Clean rocks/pebbled areas: $3/visit
Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks: $5/visit
Waiting- If we have to wait to provide our service: $5/visit
For every additional 1/2 acre, there’s an additional charge of $25. If you have multiple acres of land but only want a certain area(s) cleaned, you will only be charged based on the area(s) that is serviced.
These Fee’s are a starting point, if there are excessive or extreme cases we reserve the right to up charge and will call you or text if this is the case.
This Agreement shall begin on the day of service.
Severe Weather:
We do work all winter long and in the rain, but not if there is snow fall accumulations. We do not offer credits or refunds on subscription based plans and the excess waste will be picked up on the next service date. If the area still requires cleaning, please call or text and we can try to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees. There may be times when we will be forced to postpone schedule due to heavy rain or thunder storms, extreme heat, freezing rain, ice, sleet or severe flooding. If the yard is really muddy, we may skip your yard as we do not want to cause any damage or risk slips or falls. We will come back to your yard on the next scheduled visit to pick up double the waste.
FAQS
Billing: Your account will be pre billed monthly for our services. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days passes a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service's for a period of one month. If the services do not resume after 30 days you will be removed from the schedule. If payment becomes more than 30 days late Poopa De Scoop reserves the right to turn your account over to collections. If your pay with credit card, there will be a transaction fee, however if you would like to receive the discount flat rate you can pay with check or cash.
Shut Down: We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You will be billed at your normal monthly rate and we will extend your service for the following week. If you choose to service your yard during this time, a credit will be applied.
Accessing your yard: The customer understands that if we cannot access the area needed to be cleaned due to a locked/ blocked gate or there are dogs in yard that may show aggression; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. We suggest that you give us a key or combination to be on file to avoid being charged. If the customer needs us to come back that same day, there will be a $5 driving fee added to bill.
Do you guarantee a specific day and time that you will service my yard? We do not guarantee a specific time of the day that we will arrive at your house. With many customers on our routes: sometimes, people come and go throughout the year, which affects the route schedule. We will give you a specific service day, but not a specific time. Services could be subjected to rescheduling due to where you fall within the route. For those who are serviced twice a week, service days will usually be kept to 3 or 4 days apart.
Late payments: Additional fee of $35 to each bill that is late. (For people that are paying by checks)
Revisions: Poopa De Scoop provides services to you and are subjected to the Terms on this page, which may be amended from time to time without notice. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated terms to our website. We suggest you visit the sites to review any changes in our practices. Your committed use of our services shall constitute acceptance of any changes to these terms. Some of these provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the site.
Holidays: Poopa De Scoop does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve through New Years Day. If your pick up day falls on these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. We will attempt to provide all service prior to the holiday but we cannot make any gaurantees. There are no refunds for missed pick ups. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior. If you provide your own services during these times, please let us know for a price reduction.
Insurance: We carry liability insurance. If you need to see our certificate of liability insurance, please contact Poopa De Scoop.
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of Poopa De Scoop; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.
You must inform us by sending an e-mail to Poopadescoophnc.com. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:
By use of our LLC name; or
By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
Using any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.
No use of Poopa De Scoop's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Contract:
Our services require No Contract and services can be canceled at anytime. Poopa De Scoop is here to provide and excellent service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can rectify any problems to restore your satisfaction.
Reservation of Rights:
We reserve the right to terminate your service if you lie on your application effective immediately, no refund will be provided. Other possible termination reasons may include: aggressive dogs, repetitive late payments &/or poor yard maintenance.
Removal of links from our website:
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct.
Disclaimer:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature
